I excel at leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams of graphic designers, UX / UI web designers and engineers. I thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced situations and remain flexible and adaptable in ever-evolving environments.

I am both left and right brained, meaning, I am highly creative and maintain a business mindset keeping projects on-budget and on-time consistently.

I have received various awards and accolades throughout my career, including POPAI Design Awards, the Best Buy Chairman's Award, Marine of the Year, Annapolis MD., and recently a BA in UX / UI Web Development from Southern New Hampshire University (3.95 GPA). I am also a certified ADA Coordinator, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and an Adobe Certified Associate.
